『Hoyeonjaeyugo(浩然濟遺稿)』 is resulted from feelings that women in the 18th century ("an acceptor") gave their impressions on translated poetry of Chinese poetry written by Kim Hoyeonjae ("the poet"; 金浩然濟). Therefore, 『Hoyeonjaeyugo』 shows a sense of literature of the poet and acceptor.
The Chinese poetry in 『Hoyeonjaeyugo』consists of unreasonable difficulties in living with husband's parents as the most womanly experiences and its structural consideration. Primarily, it is a sense of poet Kim Hoyeonjae. But, it was also the most urgent problem that all women of the aristocratic class in the 18th century faced.
Women of the aristocratic class in the 18th century spread this collected poems by giving impressions on translated poetry of his Chinese poetry and transcribing them repeatedly. Giving impressions on Chinses poetry in a Korean-translated poetry form was very familiar method with women in the 18th century. Originally, this method was resulted from men translated and gave poets in『The Book of Odes(詩經)』in a Hangeul form as writings for women, in order that men would educate women in people suitable for patriarchal concepts. Aristocratic women in the 18th century gave their impressions on and spread the Chinese poetry written by feminine poet, who could speak for their senses, in translated poets familiar with themselves.
Finally,『Hoyeonjaeyugo』is a new literature enjoyment method made by an superior feminine poet and acceptor, who responded to an appeal to her sense and transcribed repeatedly. It is a 'feminine' form of hiving impressions on Chinese poetry that expresses the most feminine experiences with Hangeul of writings for women. Therefore,『Hoyeonjaeyugo』not only is a collection of poems but also shows the aristocratic women in the 18th century took the main position on literature activities. And, it represents that the minority's literature satirized the main current literature in their own way and created new literature.
