This study investigates whether ethical behavior-career success association is a significant correlate of organizational politics perception and how the two perceptional variables affect career commitment and motivation to participate in training. Relationships among the constructs are predicted based on relevant literature, and are tested using survey result form 477 employees working in fifteen of the leading corporations in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) shows that the association between ethical behavior and career success is a significant predictor in perception of organizational politics. As a mediator, each perception also affects employees' career commitment and their motivation to participate in training. The implications for theory and practice are discussed.
