This study is to propose a criteria to select new employees. It is reported that many young people entering job market retain anti-market, anti-profit value system. Such anti-business attitude is not helpful to new employees and business firms. Job-related knowledge and skill can be relatively easily acquired through on-the-job training after entering the firm. However, basic attitude and/or value system about society-market-corporation are hard to change. Therefore, it is very important to select people having pro-business and pro-market value system through not-obvious selection criteria. In this paper 20 discriminating questions are proposed to select 'right' kind of new employees. These 20 questions are designed to test job applicants' basic knowledge of market function and attitude toward firm (profit). After presenting these 20 discriminating questions, it is discussed how to use sensibly this free market/firm ideology-based selection.
