One of the critical issues 10 a multi-core environment is power consumption. Especially, the peak power consumption emerges as one of the most crucial problems. Therefore, to ensure high performance and low power, multi-core systems must have a special mechanism to control the peak power. In this paper, we propose a new task scheduling algorithm which can schedule tasks under peak power constraint for multi-core systems.
