교과내용학 : 교직윤리교육이 예비유아교사의 교직윤리 인식에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Professional Ethics Education of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers` Perception on the Professional Ethics Perception.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구 목적은 교직윤리교육이 예비유아교사의 교직윤리인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도에 소재한 3년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 2, 3학년 학생 120명이다. 연구를 위하여 통제집단은 교직윤리교육을 실시하지 않고 교직윤리인식에 대한 사전/사후검사를 실시하였다. 실험집단은 통제집단과 동일한 방법으로 사전검사를 실시한 후 교직윤리교육을 7주간 실시하였으며, 통제집단과 같은 방법으로 사후검사를 하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사의 교직윤리인식은 평균적으로 가정에 대한 윤리가 가장 높게 나타났고, 영유아, 동료 교사 및 유아교육기관, 지역사회 및 사회에 대한 윤리 순으로 낮게 나타났다. 수업연한에 따른 예비유아교사의 교직윤리인식은 2년차와 3년차 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 교직윤리교육이 예비유아교사의 교직윤리인식에 미치는 영향은 2년차와 3년차 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 예비유아교사를 대상으로 하는 교직윤리교육 프로그램개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of professional ethics education of pre-service early childhood teachers` perception on the professional ethics perception. For this purpose, specific topics are as follows. 1. What is the pre-service early childhood teachers` perception on the professional ethics perception? 2. Is the difference between the sophomore and the junior of 3 year college pre-service early childhood teachers` perception on the professional ethics perception? 3. Does the professional ethics education have influence of pre-service early childhood teachers` perception on the professional ethics perception? The subjects were 120, pre-service early childhood teachers on the sophomore(60) and the junior(60) of 3 year colleges in Kyenggi-Do. The subjects were separated into the experimental group(60) and the comparison group(60). The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 15.0. Then mean, standard deviation and t-test was operated. The findings of this study were as follows ; 1. The professional ethics perception of pre-service early childhood teachers indicated that the ethics perception of home was the highest, and then it was shown lower in the order of child, a fellow of early childhood teacher & child care center, regional community and society. 2. After result of analyzing the difference of the professional ethics perception for the pre-service early childhood teachers in accordance with a course of study, there was not difference in the statistics between the sophomer and junior 3. The professional ethics education having an influence on pre-service early childhood teachers(both sophomer and junior) was affirmative at the level of p<.001 in the statistics.
