      Simple, versatile, efficient, and readily scalable chemical routes using epoxy‐containing copolymers to achieve complex polymeric structures exhibiting desired chemical functionalities are demonstrated. As proof of concept, Janus nanofiber mats are fabricated. As epoxide groups in the copolymer can react with various nucleophiles such as amine, alcohol, and thiol, single‐side functionalization with a primary amine containing dopamine by floating on an aqueous dopamine solution is shown. The other side can be further modified with thiol‐containing molecules via thiol–epoxy click chemistry, elucidating effectiveness of copolymer as a versatile toolbox to impart desirable functionalities toward a variety of surfaces.
      The use of epoxy‐containing copolymers is demonstrated to achieve complex polymeric structures, Janus nanofiber mats, by the reaction of epoxide via nucleophilic addition and thiol–epoxy click reactions. Current results elucidate the effectiveness of the copolymers as a versatile toolbox to impart desirable functionalities toward various surfaces via simple, versatile, efficient, and readily scalable chemical routes.
