대학 태권도선수의 사회적 배제 경험이 팀 몰입 및 경기수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 대학 태권도선수의 사회적 배제 경험이 팀 몰입 및 경기수행능력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대학태권도선수 218명을 표본으로 선정하였고, 조사도구는 선행연구에서 사용한 설문지를 수정 및 보완하여 사용했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 와 Amos 22.0 통계프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 적용하여 자료를 분석했다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 대학 태권도선수의 사회적 배제 경험은 팀 몰입에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 태권도선수 의 팀 몰입은 경기수행능력에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 태권도선수의 사회적 배제 경험은 경기수행능력에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 팀 몰입을 통한 간접효과는 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대학 태권도선수의 사회적 배제 경험은 팀 몰입을 감소시켜 경기수행능력에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of college Taekwondo athletes’ social exclusion experience on team immersion and performance. To this end, samples were collected from 218 college taekwondo athletes. The survey tool was used by revising and supplementing the questionnaire used in the previous study. The collected data were analyzed by applying frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis through SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 statistical programs. The results are as follows. First, it was found that the Taekwondo athletes’ social exclusion experience had a negative effect on team commitment. Second, the team immersion of college Taekwondo athletes was found to have a positive (+) effect on performance. Third, the social exclusion experience of college Taekwondo athletes did not have a direct effect on the performance, but it was found that there was an indirect effect through team immersion. In other words, college Taekwondo athletes' social exclusion experience decreased team commitment and negatively influenced their performance.
