무용공연 관람 시설환경이 고객만족도와 서비스품질에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of the Environment of Public Dance Facilities on Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 무용공연 관람 시설환경이 고객만족도와 서비스품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 무용공연을 관람한 관객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 이들을 대상으로 유층집락 무선표집법(Strarified cluster random sampling)을 이용하여 설문을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 시설환경, 고객만족도 그리고 서비스품질의 차이 인류통계학적 특성변인에 따른 시설환경의 차이는 연령, 성별, 직업, 학력, 결혼 여부, 거주지, 티켓 종류, 누구와 함께, 몇 번 관람, 객석등급, 무용전공에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 고객만족의 차이는 연령, 성별, 직업, 소득, 결혼여부, 누구와 함께, 객석등급, 무용전공에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 서비스품질의 차이는 연령, 성별, 직업, 학력, 결혼여부, 티켓종류, 누구와 함께, 몇 번 관람, 무용전공에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 2. 무용공연 관람 시설환경과 고객만족도의 관계 무용공연 관람 시설환경의 모든 하위변인인 서비스 환경, 인테리어, 운영관리는 고객만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 무용공연 관람 시설환경과 서비스품질의 관계 세부적으로 무용공연 관람 시설환경과 서비스 품질의 모든 하위변인인 고품격서비스품질과 제공받은 서비스품질에서 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에 사용된 설문지는 Parasuraman, Zeithaml,& Berry(1994), 조선배(1995), 김학신(1998)등에 의해 검증된 설문지를 이용하였고, 요인을 분석한 결과 시설환경, 고객만족, 서비스 품질 등 3개 요인이 추출되었으며, 신뢰도 계수는 .392에서 .864까지 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 이 연구의 결과를 종합해 보면 공연을 관람하는 고객들은 시설환경에 따라 만족도가 좌우될 뿐만 아니라, 서비스 환경은 서비스품질과 고객만족도에 매우 밀접한 관계가 있었으며 정적인 영향을 미치는 변인임 알 수 있었다. 또한, 시설환경과 같은 외적인 요소가 고객의 관심을 끄는데 중요한 요소가 되고 있음을 이 연구에서 시사하고 있다. 이에 따라 무용공연산업의 활성화와 대중화를 위해서는 시설환경의 하부요인인 서비스 환경과, 인테리어, 운영관리 등의 보완이 필요하며, 따라서 무용공연을 준비함에 있어서, 서비스 환경 및 품질 개선에 더욱 노력해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this study is to look into the impact of the environment of public dance facilities on customer satisfaction and service quality. In this study, the audiences who watched dance performance were selected as customers to inquire into what affects to the environment of performance facilities in various viewpoints and the questionnaires verified by Parasuraman, Zeithaml,& Berry(1994), Cho Sun-Bea(1994) and Kim Hac-Shin(1998) were used to obtain data. Using the procedures and the methods mentioned above, the following three primary factors were extracted from the study. The reliability computation was estimated as high as a range from .392 up to .864. 1. Differences of environment of facilities, customer satisfaction and service quality which are affected by population-statistically specific variable causes. · Environment of facilities which depends on population-statistically specific variable causes are varied with age, sex, career, academic background, marriage, place of residence, type of ticket, companion, number of viewing, grade of seat and specialty of dance. · Customer satisfaction which depends on population-statistically specific variable causes are varied with age, sex, career, income, marriage, companion, seat grade and specialty of dance. · Service quality which depends on population-statistically specific variable causes are varied with age, sex, career, academic background, marriage, type of ticket, companion, number of viewing, and specialty of dance. 2. Relationship between environment of public dance facilities and customer satisfaction. · Environment of service, interior and operation management that are subordinate variable causes of environment of public dance facilities affect to customer satisfaction as static. 3. Relationship between environment of public dance facilities and service quality. · Service quality, in particular, that are subordinate variable causes of environment of public dance facilities and service quality affect to offered service quality as static. Studies show that environment of facilities have an influence upon audiences who watch performances as well as environment of services are closely connected with service quality and customer satisfaction as static. Thus, external elements like environment of facilities are important factors to attract customers" attention. In conclusion, improvements in environment of service, interior and operation management are needed in order to popularize and revitalize the dance performance industry. Accordingly, putting more effort when a dance performance is prepared should be considered to enhance service and quality.
