초등 방과 후 학교 플루트수업에 대한 수강생의 관심도, 만족도와 재수강의 관계 조사

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등 방과 후 학교 플루트수업의 대한 학생들의 관심도와 만족도를 조사, 분석하고 플루트수업의 대한 관심도, 만족도와 플루트수업에 재수강 여부와의 관계를 밝힘으로써 보다 연속적이고 지속적인 플루트수업을 운영하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등 방과 후 학교 플루트수업에 대한 관심도와 만족도, 재수강의 여부를 묻는 설문지를 개발하여 경기도 지역 113명의 학생들을 조사한 후, 그 결과를 SPSS 통계처리 프로그램으로 분석하였다.
방과 후 플루트수업에 대한 학생들의 설문조사를 분석한 구체적인 내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 초등 방과 후 학교 플루트수업에 대한 학생들의 관심도와 만족도는 보통 수준보다 높게 나타났으며, 모든 영역에서 관심도에 비해 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 플루트수업에 대한 학생들의 관심도와 만족도는 학생들의 배경 변인에 따라 다소 차이가 있었다.
셋째, 플루트수업에 대한 관심도와 만족도의 관계는 상당히 높은 정적관계로 나타났다.
넷째, 플루트수업에 만족도가 높은 학생들이 플루트수업에 대해 재수강할 생각이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
위의 연구결과를 통해 플루트수업에 대한 학생들의 관심도와 만족도, 만족도와 재수강의 관계가 서로 비례하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 학생들의 특기신장과 전인적인 성장을 위해 지속적으로 플루트수업을 받을 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 먼저 플루트수업에 대한 학생들의 관심과 만족을 높일 수 있는 여러 다양한 방안들이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to provide basic data to help successful
management of flute class in After School Program for
Elementary School, by analyzing the relationship between the degree of concern satisfaction and retake rate of the flute class.
For this purpose the survey was carried out on 113 elementary students in Kyung-ki province, learning flute as an after school program. The survey was analyzed by SPSS, statistical processing program, and the summaries of the results are as follows.
Firstly, both the degree of concern and the degree of
satisfaction are higher than the normal level. In all area the
degree of satisfaction is higher than the degree of concern.
Secondly, the degree of concern and satisfaction is different
according to the students’ background variables.
Thirdly, the relation between the degree of concern and the
degree of satisfaction is significantly strong.
Fourthly, the students who have high degree of satisfaction are willing to retake the flute class.
From the results of the investigation, we found that the degree of students' concern on flute is proportional to the degree of their satisfaction, and the degree of their satisfaction is also proportional to their retake rate of the flute class. Therefore, to keep the students attend the flute class continuously for improving the flute students's special abilities and their own whole personality, in advance we should prepare the solution to increase their concern and satisfaction in advance.
