고문서 분류체계 시안 = A Study on the Tentative Plan of the Systematic Classification Methods of Historical Manuscripts Method

Historical manuscripts have different contents and the deviation according to the regions, the fields, and the writers. Therefore, it is very difficult to classify in a category. That is the reason why there have been no rules to organize it according to characteristics of each departments and its contents up to now, but it has been organized extemporaneously without any rules. However, according to getting bigger group of the investigators and historical manuscripts have been employed more broadly as research materials, information-oriented and systematization problems of historical manuscripts are coming up to OUT face. This study deals with an alternative plan of present situation about it. The questionnaires were employed to arrange standardized systematic classification methods of historical manuscripts. At the result of it, present classification methods of historical manuscripts have to be completed absolutely, if new systematic classification methods are prepared, it has a meaning more than building standard plan itself. If it has some problems, systematic plan must be prepared and it has to be suggested according to some classification criteria. The standards of systematic classification method are Written unified table of title of document, contents and format of documents, and a issuer a recipient, then it was pointed out that a another title and another name must be arranged as a concept of Thesaurus. Therefore, in this study, various systematic classification methods of historical manuscripts are introduced. Then, standardization methods of classification of historical manuscripts are searched to organize effectively apart from mixed standards such as its points at issue and improving points, its format and contents based on its condition, and the writers, This study is no more than a discussion material of making alternative realistically. Historical manuscripts research is going to be livelier with suggested substantial and effective alternative based on this study.
