창의인재 양성을 위한 학교경영자의 창의적 리더십 모형 및 교육 프로그램 개발 = Development of a Creative Leadership Model and a Training Program for School Manger

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a creative leadership model for school manager, and based on that model to develop a training program. The model was developed through the literature analysis, needs analysis and expert review, and it``s validity was confirmed by experts. A creative leadership model consists of five elements such as Modeling, Visioning, Coaching, Empowering, and Networking. Validation of the final model wad conducted by two phases. In the first phase, the model was validated by experts. In the second phase, the model was validated by forty-eight school manager(principles, vice-principles, and educational professions) who participated in the training program based on the model. Participants reported that the programme is effective for enhancing creative leadership. Finally, implications and future studies were suggested based on these findings.
