傳聞法則의 法理

국문 초록 (Abstract)

本稿에서는 傳聞法則 및 그 例外의 理論을 그 背景으로 되어 있는 英美法(특히 美國法)에 입각하여 고찰함으로써 現行法의 解釋, 運用에 다소나마 도움을 주고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System), which is the system that realizes Factory Automation, is the inevitable production facility for automating the process of FMS. FMS should provide the exact and flexible manufacturing style for the relevant manufacturing system at each production of item. Therefore the objective and resonable quality certification of the software should be berified for enhancing the software qualitatively in aspects of its technology and manufacturing. FAMOS that this study designed and embodied is the Tool Kit that supports the work of evaluating the quality of FMS softwares. FAMOS supports the evaluation work about whether the completed products are proper for the goal of product development and their properness and all other matters, and it supports the management work of the sound errors during measurement process and the detailed evaluation. This function can manage the quality control of FMS when they develop FMS software later.
