광주광역시 민간복지시설 종사자들의 복지태도 = Q 방법론을 통해 본 세 가지 인식유형

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 광주지역에 거주하고 근무하고 있는 민간복지시설 종사자들의 복지태도를 유형별로 파악하고, 각 유형별 특성과 유형별 차이점을 분석하는 주관성 연구이다. Q방법론을 이용한 본 연구의 대상자는 민간복지시설 종사자 26명이며, 통계적 검증 가능성을 열어두고자 서울시 복지패널의 18개 설문문항을 Q 표본으로 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 QUANL PC 프로그램으로 처리하였으며, 주요인분석을 실시하였고, 요인회전방식은 배리맥스를 이용하였다. Q 방법론을 적용한 결과를 보면 민간복지시설 종사자들도 복지를 둘러싼 물질적 이해관계가 반영된 친복지적인 성향을 갖는 것으로 나타나, 복지지위론의 가설이 일정부분 설득력이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 구체적인 영역별 태도 차이에 따른 3가지 태도유형이 도출되었는데, 복지제도나 정책 영역별로 중요도의 가치를 다양하게 부여하고 있었다. 민간복지시설 종사자들에 대한 최초의 주관성 연구인 본 논문이 객관적이고 학술적인 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This is a subjective study to figure out welfare attitudes of workers who work at private social welfare institution in Gwang-ju, analyze the characteristics of each type and compare the differences between them. Q methodology with 26 sample workers was used as the research method, and 18 survey questions from Seoul Welfare Panel Study were utilized as Q samples. We used QUANL-PC program for principal component analysis, and varimax rotation for factor analysis. Result from Q methodology demonstrates that workers in private social welfare institution have pro-welfare attitudes which reflect their material interest around social welfare.. In detail, three different types of pro-welfare attitudes exist and each of them imposes various degree of importance on various categories of welfare policy. This study has significance as an initial subjective study on welfare attitudes of workers who work at private social welfare institution, and thus is expected to be an objective and academic reference for future studies.
