임산부들이 느끼는 현실적인 어려움과 사회적 지원 연구: 대구지역 임산부를 대상으로 = A Study for the Pregnant Women’s Realistic Difficulty and Social Support : Focused on the Pregnant Women in Daegu

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 우리나라는 OECD 국가 중 출산율 최저를 기록하며, 급속한 인구축소와 고령화 시대를 눈앞에 두고 있다. 이는 국가경제뿐 아니라 국가 존속의 문제에 있어서도 심각한 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구에서는 출산장려정책을 제안하기 위한 기초조사로서, 임산부를 대상으로 현재 겪고 있는 실질적인 어려움이 무엇인지 알아보고, 이에 대해 바라는 점을 함께 조사하였다.
임산부들이 가장 큰 어려움으로 꼽은 것은 출산 후 양육비용에 대한 경제적 어려움, 양육방법에 대한 정보와 기술 부족 등이다. 이에 대한 방안으로는 양육수당을 확대하고 필요한 육아용품 지원, 그리고 양육 및 육아정보를 보다 손쉽게 접할 수 있는 사회적인 제도를 마련하는 것이다.
이러한 의견에 대한 임산부의 연령, 직업유무, 태아의 출생 순위는 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Presently, Korea has the lowest child birth rate among the OECD nations and continues to face an era of shrinking population and aging. This trend severely affects not only the national economy, but also the very basic question of the nation's continued existence. Accordingly, this research was conducted as an introductory study. Likewise, this study targeted pregnant women to identify the real issues that they are facing and what they want to see improved.
The main problems that pregnant women cited include financial difficulties due to child-rearing costs after child-birth and lack of information on child-rearing strategies. To resolve these issues, it is necessary to increase financial and social support for child-rearing, provide necessary goods and services and develop a social system that enables mothers to access information on child-rearing more easily.
In relation to these questions, the age of pregnant women, their respective employment status, and the order of the child they were pregnant with did not exert any significant difference vis-à-vis.
