사이버대학 학습자들의 오프라인 상호작용이 학업성취 및 학업지속성에 미치는 영향 = Influences of Students’ Interaction on Learning Achievement and Persistence in Cyber University

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사이버대학에서 학습자간 상호작용이 학업성취 및 학업지속에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 목적을 갖는다. 학습자간 오프라인 집단활동을 통한 상호작용은 사회적, 정의적, 인지적 요인에 의해 측정되며, 학업성취는 숙달과 수행으로, 학업지속성은 목적의식과 교육과정, 개인능력, 소통과 참여를 통해 측정되어질 수 있다. 분석결과, 변수간 신뢰성과타당성은 높았으며, 상관관계 또한 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 학습자간 상호작용은 학업성취와 학업지속성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 상호작용의 하위요인 중 정의적 요인과 연령 및 성별은 학업성취에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 정의적 요인 및 인지적 요인과 연령은 학업지속성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 점에서 사이버대학 온라인학습의 성취와 지속성을 위하여 학습자 상호작용을 진작시키기 위한 학습전략이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of offline interaction both achievement and persistence on academy in cyber university. The interaction through group activity among learners can be measured social, affective, cognitive factors. Academic achievement can be measured through proficiency and performance, academic persistence can be measured through a sense of purpose, personal skill, communication and participation. As a result of the analysis, the interaction between learners turned out to be positive when it comes to academic achievements and persistence. Among sub factors, especially, affective factors from interaction, age and gender have a meaningful impact on the former (academic achievements) and affective factors, a cognitive factor and age have an impact on the latter (persistent learning). Accordingly, learning strategy has to be established by encouraging organized interaction among learners for online learning achievement and its persistence
