국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 정부는 전통문화를 창조적으로 계승하기 위해 한스타일 육성 종합정책(2006년 2월), 한옥 R&D 계획 등 한옥건축의 보급 및 활성화를 위한 제도적 기반 기술기반 구축 정책을 추진 중에 있다. 또한, 한옥의 보급 및 활성화의 일환으로 새로운 한옥마을의 조성에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 신한옥에 대한 기본 개념을 제공하고, 기존 6개의 한옥마을을 조사·분석하여, 현대적 의미의 신한옥마을의 기본 개념을 제공하였다. 정책적으로는 한옥의 건설기술을 표준화하고, 한옥마을이 들어설 대지에 대해서는 시장가격과는 차별되는 우호적인 조건의 분양가를 제시해야 할 것으로 판단되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present administration has been fostering the construction of han style traditional houses and towns in various ways of policies and legislation. The interests of people also rise but even the basic concept of the new han style house has not been established yet. Hence, this article begins with defining its concept in both legal and academic terminologies. Next chapter analyzed the existing six traditional towns and came up with the ideal and modern standards of the new han style house and town. This paper concluded with some policy suggestions. The government should support the industry to set up its standard han style construction technologies and to provide han style markets with very affordable prices.
