대학생의 성인애착이 전위공격성에 미치는 영향: 내면화된 수치심과 분노억제의 매개효과 = The Effect of Adult Attachment on Displaced Aggression of College Students : The Mediating Effects of Internalized Shame and Anger Suppression

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성인애착과 전위공격성의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심과 분노억제의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 대학생 581명이 친밀관계경험척도(ECRS), 내면화된 수치심 척도(ISS), 상태-특성 분노 표현 척도(STAXI-K), 한국판 전위된 공격성 척도(DAQ-K)로 구성된 설문지에 응답하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착불안이 전위공격성에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤고, 애착회피가 전위공격성에 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 성인애착과 전위공격성의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심과 분노억제의 순차 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 성인애착과 전위공격성의 관계에서 내면화된 수치심과 분노억제가 미치는 영향의 기제를 파악하고, 내면화된 수치심의 중요한 영향을 발견하여, 이후 치료 장면에서 전위공격성을 보이는 내담자에게 개입할 때 내면화된 수치심에 초점화하는 것이 도움이 된다는 것을 발견하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of internalized shame and anger suppression on the relationship between adult attachment and displaced aggression. A total of 581 college students completed online questionnaires including Experiences in Close Relationships Scale, Internalized Shame Scale, State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory, and Displaced Aggression Questionnaire. The results showed that attachment anxiety had a positive direct effect on displaced aggression, whereas attachment avoidance had a negative direct effect on displaced aggression. Secondly, the serial mediation effects of internalized shame and anger suppression was found between adult attachment and displaced aggression. These results indicate that internalized shame and anger suppression are the primary mechanisms in understanding the relationship between adult attachment and displaced aggression of college students. This study provided helpful directions for working with clients with displaced aggression.
