The purpose of this study is to present a model through deduce the tourism activation strategy of local self-governing body.
Strategic dimension may be outlined as follows
1) development of human resources
2) exploit of tourism goods
3) establish the foundation of supporting background
On the basis of this three dimensions, empirical study is practiced. A result of this study is summarized as follows :
First, the most fitness member of local self-governing body are the natives ? the authorities ? industries ? the academic world.
Second, local self-governing body could be activated by offering aid to each other dimensions.
Putting all accounts together, human resources, engaging in tourism industry, should be educated for professional man. In the course of this study; service quality, tourism research, and management information system could be constructed. Tourism goods development should be based upon its cultural phenomena, food, clothing, shelter and the others. Establishing the foundation of supporting background, there is two aspect. The one is internal structure and the other is outside activity.
With all its study, above-mentioned conclusions are lacking in concrete practical strategy. Thus, the future study should be oriented to the extract of more specific outcomes by surmount all limits.
