입양과 관련된 심리적 이슈들에 대한 고찰 = Psychological Issues by Adoption

국문 초록 (Abstract)

입양은 다양하고 복잡한 심리적인 이슈들을 동반한다. 이러한 심리적인 이슈들은 입양에서 충분히 다루어지고 해결되어야 할 과제들이다. 양부모와 친부모, 그리고 입양인이 경험하는 심리적인 이슈들로는 양부모의 불임, 입양 후 우울증, 상실감, 슬픔과 애도, 애착, 죄책감, 자아정체감등이다. 이러한 심리적 이슈들은 입양에 뒤따르는 자연스러우며 필연적인 반응들로서 서로 상호작용하며 순환적으로 연이어 발생한다. 뿐만 아니라 입양 삼자의 일생에 걸쳐 해결해나가는 과정으로서 이해해야 하며, 입양서비스가 이들의 심리적인 이슈들에 관심을 갖고 지지하는 방향으로 변화해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Adoption brings various and complicate psychological issues. These psychological issues are tasks which must be handled and solved in Adoption. Adoptive parents, birth parents and adoptees experience psychological issues as follows; infertility of adoptive parents, post adoption depression, loss, grief & mourning, attachment, guilty and self-identity. These psychological issues are very natural and essential re-action from adoption, and they interact each other and come about recursively. So, we have to understand that it is a solving process of adoption triad. Also, adoption services should be changed to have an interest and support to these psychological issues.
