음악을 활용한 표현활동이 자폐성장애아의 문제행동에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of the Physical Activity Utilized by Music on the Problem Behavior of the Child with Autistic Spectrum Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 자폐성 장애아동에게 음악을 활용한 표현활동 프로그램을 제공하여 문제행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 소재의 c어린이집에 재학 중이며, 자폐성 장애아동으로 진단받은 만6세 남자아동으로 선정하였다. 연구방법은 A-B-A 반전설계를 사용 하여 기초선 4회기, 중재 12회기 유지기간 4회를 실시하였고, 중재 활동은 Gallague의 기본움직임인 이동, 비 이동, 조작적 움직임으로 구성되었다. 아동의 문제행동인 눈 맞춤, 소리 지르기, 자기자극 행동의 빈도수를 측정하여 누적된 자료는 표와 꺾은선 그래프를 통해 문제행동의 빈도 변화 경향을 분석하였다.
자료 분석결과 아동의 눈 맞춤 행동이 증가 하였고, 자기자극 행동은 감소하였으나 소리 지르기 행동은 변화가 없었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to examine the effects of the physical activity program applied by music on the problem behavior of the child with autistic spectrum disabilities.
The single subject diagnosed as the child with autism by the hospital of Seoul National University was selected from the kindergarten located in Seoul, Korea.
The research design was ABA single subject method executed by 4 times of test in the baseline, 12 times of treatment, and 4 times of maintenance.
The treatment was utilized by the Gallahue basic movements such as locomotive, non-locomotive movement, and collaborative movement. The data were based on the count against the problem behaviors such as eye matching, yelling, and self stimulus shown by the subject. The results were express by the table and broken line graph.
In conclusion, the child’s matching eye behavior was improved and the rate of self stimulus behavior was decreased, however, yelling behavior was not changed by the experimental treatment utilized by music and the basic movement physical activity program.
