수혈을 받은 변사자에서의 혼합 DNA 프로필 검출사례 = Mixed DNA Profiles in Transfused Deceased Case

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 수혈을 받은 변사자로부터 혼합 DNA 프로파일이 검출된 사례에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 변사자는 58세 여성으로 수술 후 재생불량빈혈이 합병되어 사망에 이르렀고 사인 규명을 위해 부검이 시행되었으며 사후검사의 일환으로 질 내용물에 대한 검사, 수혈치료를 받았던 점을 고려하여 혈액 및 장기조직으로 DNA형 분석이 시행되었다. 분석결과, 혈액 및 질 내용물 시료에서 혈액 공여자의 상염색체 STR DNA형이 수혈자의 상염색체 STR DNA형에 영향을 끼친다는 것을 관찰하였다. 또한, 검증을 위하여 QuantifierⓇ DUO DNA Quantification kit를 이용하여 수혈자의 시료에 포함된 공여자의 DNA 비율을 분석하였다. 본 결과를 통해 DNA 감식 전에 사건 관련자들의 수혈 여부를 인지하는 것이 혼합 DNA형 분석에 있어서 정확한 해석과 결론을 얻기 위한 필수적인 과정임을 제시하고자 한다.
