The original evidence among illegally collected evidences doesn’t exist in the procedure like an illegal arrest. The secondary evidence which is derived from the first illegal procedure exists without an original evidence if the first illegal procedure is an illegal arrest. The admissibility of secondary evidences matters only when the procedure of gathering them is legal but a prior procedure is illegal. Only the disconnecting and dilution of the cause and effect relationship between the first illegal procedure and the procedure of gathering secondary evidences is required to gain admissibility of them.
