      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives; To evaluate the relationship between the prevalance and types of human papillomavirus, and clinical variants of the patients with cervical carcinoma less than 36 years old. Methods: Comparative analysis was undertaken with the clinical variant following detection of human papillomavirus by means of polymerase chain reactions with the primers of HPV L1 censensus, type 16 and 18, E6 and Southern blot hybridization(with the probes of HPV type 16 and 18) in the 20 patients less than 36 years old and 10 patients more than 44 years old. Results: 1) The prevalence rate and types of human papillomavirus were 16/20(80%), 14/16(87.5%) with 16, 2 with 18 in the group of patients less than 36 years old, and 9/10, type 18 of human papillomavirus and lymphnode metastasis was not conclusive, and the prognosis was good in all the patients who were not detected HPV viral finger print. 3) Human papillomavirus infection was not matched properly to the epidemiologic variants. 4) The majority of patients was ignored the benefits of early detection screening program. Conclusion: Human papilloma virus infection is not conclusive to the development and prognosis of the patients with uterine cervical carcinoma in the group of patient less than 36 years old, and rearmament of the early detection screening program should be operated immediately.
