부모의 심리적 통제 및 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Parental Psychological Control and Self-Efficacy on the Career Maturity Inventory of University Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제가 자기효능감을 매개로 진로태도성숙에 대한 영향을 살펴보기 위해 광주·전남 지역에 소재한 대학교 재학생 1학년부터 4학년까지 132명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 연구결과 부모의 심리적 통제는 자기효능감, 진로태도성숙에 모두 유의한 부적 상관을 보였으며, 자기효능감은 진로태도성숙과 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 부모의 심리적 통제 및 자기효능감이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석으로 살펴본 결과, 자기효능감은 진로태도성숙에 유의한 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 부모의 심리적 통제는 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 마지막으로 부모의 심리적 통제와 진로태도성숙의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 자기효능감이 부모의 심리적 통제와 진로태도성숙 사이에서 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 진로태도성숙을 위해서는 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것이 중요하며, 향상 방법으로 진로탐색과 지원프로그램 강화, 자기주도적 학습 환경조성, 실습경험제공, 성과인정 및 보상체계개선, 평가방식변화 등이 필요함을 제언한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to examine the effect of parental psychological control perceived by university students on career maturity inventory through self-efficacy. It was conducted on 132 students from first to fourth graders at universities located in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do. As a result of the study, parental psychological control showed a significant negative correlation with both self-efficacy and career maturity inventory. Self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation with career maturity inventory. The effect of parental psychological control and self-efficacy on career maturity inventory was examined through multiple regression analysis. Self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on career maturity inventory, and parental psychological control did not affect career maturity inventory. Finally, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was examined in the relationship between parental psychological control and career maturity inventory. It was found that self-efficacy completely mediated between parental psychological control and career maturity inventory. Through the results of this study, it is important to improve self-efficacy for university students to mature their career attitudes. It is suggested that career exploration and support programs should be strengthened, self-directed learning environment should be created, practical experience should be provided, performance recognition and compensation system should be improved, and evaluation methods should be changed.
