      E-commerce is one of the most important areas of information technology. The number of enterprises building their business processes using e-commerce is growing every day. Modern information technologies allow you to create systems with greater functionality. But, to create such systems, preliminary system-theoretical studies of the problem area of e-commerce and the subsequent development of business process support systems based on the results are required. This paper identifies the requirements for the processing of orders coming to the entrance of the e-commerce system, as well as the grouping of them after the formalization process. The analysis of various strategies for service orders was held. One of the strategy options has been adopted for organizing group service of orders based on the system of support of order processes execution. This system acts as a platform for the execution of e-commerce business processes and delivery of goods. The paper reveals all sorts of options for a combination of input orders at the system input.
