Religion arises from making an effort to hold communion with oneself. It may be the whole thing is made by a struggle for getting a persom to find out the answer as to how to live. Both the question of great worth for oneself and its valuable answer are a religious act. Therefore, religion also means that humans express the will to attain the perfection of oneself.
This thesis deals with the viewpoint on humanity as it pertains to Dea-Soon-Sa-Sang (大巡思想, Daesoon Thoughts) formed through the current state of oriental thoughts. Especially, the idea of Jo-Hwa (調化) is expressed by the implication of Jo-Hwa (調和, harmony) and Jo-Hwa(造化, creation). And it forms the viewpoint of humanity in Daesoon Thoughts.
First of all, the idea of Jo-Hwa (調化) can be expressed by Eum (陰) and Yang (陽) relations, which explains humanity as well as the existence's law of the universe. Il-Eum-Il-Yang (一陰一陽) is the harmonious stage regarding Eum and Yang as the same value and complementary, and Jung-Eum-Jung-Yang (正陰正陽) is the Jo-Hwa (造化, creation) stage giving Eum (陰) and Yang (陽) relations new value in Jeonkyung (典經). In the end, the idea of Jo-Hwa (調化) has a effect on the ideological principle to raise the an individual's value to its absolute status.

This shows human beings the possibility which changes into an ideal conception on an individul by maximizing the person's value.
