전직자의 디지털 리터러시 역량, 직무몰입 및 직무성과의 관계 연구 = A Study on the Relationship Between Digital Literacy Capabilities, Job Immersion, and Job Performance of Former Employees

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전직자의 디지털 리터러시가 직무몰입 직무성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 구조적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전직자의 디지털 리터리시 역량은 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 1의 검증결과, 디지털 리터러시의 기술역량과 활용역량은 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 마인드 역량은 직무몰입에 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나 가설 1은 부분 채택되었다. 둘째, 직무몰입은 직무성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 2의 검증결과, 직무몰입은 직무성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 2는 채택되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 갖는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전직자는 스마트기기나 PC에 대한 프로그램 설치 및 삭제, 문서작성, 영상전송, 핀테크 기술 활용, 온라인 결제 등의 전반적 역량을 강화할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, 네티켓의 일상화는 지금보다 미래에 사회적, 도덕적, 법률적으로 더욱 강화될 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 향후 연구방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 전 지역에서 표본을 추출하여 연구를 진행한다면 연구결과의 일반화에 보다 신뢰를 가질 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 디지털 러터리시와 관련한 다양한 변수를 제시하여 연구를 진행한다면 보다 현실적인 연구의 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempted to structurally analyze the effect of digital literacy on job performance of former employees. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, as a result of verifying Hypothesis 1 that the digital literacy competency of former employees will have a positive (+) effect on work commitment, it was found that the technical competency and utilization competency of digital literacy had a positive (+) effect on work commitment. Still, the mind competency was not statistically significant on work commitment, so Hypothesis 1 was partially adopted. Second, as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2 that work commitment will have a positive (+) effect on job performance, Hypothesis 2 was adopted as it was found that work commitment had a positive effect on job performance. The implications of the results of this study are as follows. First, it is believed that former employees must strengthen their overall capabilities by installing and deleting programs on smart devices or PCs, writing documents, video transmission, using Fintech technology, and making online payments. Second, it is believed that the daily motion of netiquette will be further strengthened socially, morally, and legally in the future than it is now. Future research directions for this study are as follows. First, if you collect samples from all regions in Korea and conduct research, you will have more trust in the generalization of research results. Second, it is believed that more realistic research results can be derived if research is conducted by presenting various variables related to digital utility.
