생활스포츠로서의 해양레저스포츠(관광)의 현황과활성화 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Current Status and Revitalization Plans of Marine Leisure Sports(Tourism) as a Sport for All

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 생활스포츠로서의 해양레저스포츠(관광)의 현황을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 그 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸인 우리나라는 해양레저활동에 최적의 조건을 갖추고 있을 뿐만 아니라 고부가가치 산업으로서 지역적 특화를 도모할 수 있는 이점이 있어 해양레저스포츠와 스포츠관광에 대한 국민들의 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 특히 해양레저스포츠는 자연과의 조화로운 친화력을 유지하면서 모험과 도전을 즐기는 경향이 있어 현대인들에게 인기 있는 자연스포츠로 성장하고 있다. 모든 사람을 위한 스포츠로서의 해양레저스포츠는 여가만족, 복지기능 등 삶의 질을 향상시키는 도구로서 개인의 삶에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 사회적 행복수준을 높이는 데 기여할 뿐만 아니라 생활레저스포츠의 기능적 가치를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 살아있는 스포츠로서 해양레저스포츠(관광)의 현황과 활성화를 분석하였으나, 향후 연구에서는 현장의 구체적인 의견을 수렴하고 해양레저 이해관계자 및 이용자의 설문 및 의견을 통해 문제점을 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 정부의 관련 정책과 사업자의 사업계획 수립에 반영될 수 있는 필요한 자료를 제공하여 투자리스크를 최소화하고 해양레저스포츠(관광)를 활성화하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

This research aims to analyze the current status and revitalization plans of marine leisure sports(tourism) as sport for all. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, our country not only has the optimal conditions for marine leisure activities, but also has the advantage of pursuing regional specialization as a high value-added industry, and the public’s interest in marine leisure sports and sports tourism is increasing day by day. In particular, marine leisure sports are growing as a popular natural sport among modern people. Marine leisure sports as a sport for all include the functional value of lifetime leisure sports as a tool for improving the quality of life, such as leisure satisfaction and welfare functions, and can not only have a positive impact on individual lives but also contribute to raising the level of social happiness. In this study, the current status and activation of marine leisure sports as a living sport were analyzed through literature review, but in future studies, it is necessary to collect specific opinions from the field and analyze problems through surveys and opinions from marine leisure stakeholders and users. It is evaluated that this study can contribute to minimizing investment risks and revitalizing marine leisure sports by providing necessary data that can be reflected in the government’s related policies and in the establishment of business plans by business operators.
