노인의 여가 생활 활성화를 위한 정책 탐구 = Exploring Leisure policy for effective Leisure participation for the elderly

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 복지정책의 일환으로 노인들의 여가 참여를 활성화할 수 있는 여가 정책을 제안하고자 하였다. MB정부하에서 나타나고 있는 노인들의 여가 활동에서의 제약 사항을 살펴보고, 노인의 여가 활동 활성화를 위한 정책적 방향과 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 여가 참여를 통한 노인 문화의 형성, 여가에 대한 노인 스스로가 가치를 자각할 수 있는 분위기 형성, 노인 자원 봉사 활동의 강화와 노인 여가 시설의 확충에 대한 정책적인 제안이 이루어져야 한다. 또한 경로당, 노인교실과 노인종합복지관에서의 노인들의 여가를 활성화할 수 있는 프로그램 또한 다원화되어야 한다. 이러한 정책적인 고려는 노인들의 여가 참여에서의 만족도를 극대화할 수 있다.

This study was to suggested the leisure policy for the effective leisure participation for the elderly in Korean society. Under the MB government(the government of President Lee, Myung Bak), this analyzed the existing leisure constraints and explained new and direction of leisure policy for the old. In this respect, directions of leisure policy were manifested as formation of elderly culture, reinforcement of voluntary work and enrichment of leisure facility for Korean elderly. Based on these ideas, various leisure programs must apply to some spaces for seniors. This approach will enhance the leisure satisfaction in their routine lives for Korean elderly.
