체침과 수지용 쑥봉을 이용한 척추협착 구두침법에 관한 연구 = A study on the needle-moxibustion method for the stenosis of the lumber

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 척추협착에 동양의학의 침과 뜸요법을 함께 적용한 구두침법에 대한 실험데이터를 체열로 평가하였다. 비교 실험으로는 직접구 자극실험으로 역시 체열로 데이터를 분석했다. 특히 전래하는 구두침에 대하여 본 연구에서는 체침, 수지침에 각각 수지용 수지뜸을 한장에서 석 장까지 뜸량이 다른 새로운 구두침을 제안하였다. 여기에서 제안한 체침과 수지용 쑥봉을 이용한 구두침은 직접구에 비하여 뜨거움의 정도과 구흔은 작게 할 수 있는 장점이 있었고 아울러 침과 뜸의 동시효과를 기대할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is on the needle-moxibustion method for the stenosis of the lumber. The effective moxibustion therapy for the stenosis of the lumber is the direct moxibustion rather than the electronic moxibustion. But the direct moxibustion has the skin pain and the skin burns. In order to improve the problems of the skin pain and the skin burns, I have suggested the needle-moxibustion method. Also I have especially suggested the effectiveness of the needle-moxibustion method in the case of the stenosis of the lumber. And more I have suggested the specification data for the 3 types of the needle-moxibustion method.
