    The main aim of this study was to analyze the condition of publicness of super tall building’s public space in Korea, and presented design elements to improve the publicness. The results of this study were as follows: 1)The priority order of analysis factors was accessibility, convenience, openness, aesthetics. 2)To increase accessibility, It was important for public space to locate pedestrian road used more frequently. 3)Car-centered planning had to change pedestrian-centered. 4)Location of ventilation and facility had to consider not to obstruct view. 5)Rest space, environment, facility were more important design elements to improve the satisfaction ratio. 6) Planning to green space, Preference trees were bamboo, cherry blossom, maple, fruit trees, etc.
