This study knowledge to the reduction and prevention of sexual offenses gender sexual offenses, educational, legal, and the purpose of the study to explore ways to improve the perception of sexual offenses decreased over them in the welfare and internet accessibility level. In this study the problem set in accordance with the same research is as follows.What is the difference between first recognized in accordance with the general knowledge level variables for sex crimes? Secondly there differences in perceptions of young people and the general public about the knowledge level? This study was conducted through literature research and quantitative research, literature review was theoretical background, previous research on sex offenses, quantitative study was conducted through surveys, survey period from August 20, 2014 9 May 10 was investigated by about three weeks. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, dual 10-part questionnaire did not finish, 3total of 287 responses were dishonest advantage except the part in research. For the statistical analysis of this paper was carried out using Spss Windows 18.0 statistical processing.This study used a frequency analysis (Frequency Analysis), the demographic distribution analysis of a sample, sexual knowledge about sexual offenses, principal component analysis for the feel and mood every time you encounter pornography concept feasibility analysis, factor analysis was conducted of the orthogonal rotation method, the concept of reliability was analyzed by the Cronbach alpha test.For the prevention of sexual offenses educational, legal, and recognized the mean and standard deviation analysis of the welfare dimension, Internet access was analyzed through descriptive statistics (Descriptive analysis),sexual knowledge for the prevention of sexual crimes, educational, legal, for the analysis of the correlation between recognition and Internet access variables in the welfare level was analyzed by correlation analysis (Correlation analysis). This study was to explore the Measures to eradicate sex crimes by examining the situation of sexual offenses to learn the sex offenses perception of youth and the general public, due to the geographical limits of the study area, the findings of the study is limited hagieneun common.
