Csikszentmihalyi의 창의성 체계모형(systems model)을 기반으로 한‘학교 창의성 체계모형’제안

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교에서 학습자의 창의성을 효과적으로 발달시킬 수 있는 통합적이고 체계적인 교육과정 개발을 위한 개념 모형을 제시하기 위하여 실시되었다. 심리학자들은 창의성을 개인의 업적 중심으로 보던 종래의 연구 방법에서 탈피하여, 개인을 둘러싸고 있는 여러 가지 환경적 요인들을 함께 고려하는 새로운 방법을 택하고 있다. 따라서 학교에서의 창의성 발달에 관한 논의도, 학습자의 창의적인 성향 및 지적 능력과 그 결과로 나타나는 성과물에만 초점을 맞추는 기존의 방식에서 벗어나, 교육과정과 교사, 교육행정가, 학습자를 동시에 고려하는 통합적, 체계적인 접근법을 수용하는 것이 바람직하다는 것을 강조하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Csikszentmihalyi의 창의성 체계모형(systems model)을 모델로 삼아 학습자의 창의성 발달에 관련된 요소들을 구체적으로 제시하고, 각각의 요소가 어떻게 구성되고 실천되어야 하는지에 대해 논의하였다. 그리고 이와 같은 논의를 종합하여 바람직한 ‘학교 창의성 체계모형’을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to propose an integrated and systematic model for the ‘School Creativity Development’. Recently, psychologists adopt new method for the creativity research considering individual products and environments break from conventional method to be centered individual product. So, in this study, the researcher emphasized that ‘School Creativity’ is must also discussed with the new method considering curriculums, teachers, educational administrators, and students breaks from the conventional method. The researcher made use of the ‘Csikszentmihalyi's Creativity Systems Model’, latest creativity development model of psychology, for the purpose of proposing the new ‘School Creativity Systems Model’. Ahead, in this study, the researcher introduced Csikszentmihalyi's Creativity Systems Model, and explained how could creativity development elements help to the individual creativity development. And then, to transfer psychological model of creativity to pedagogical model, the researcher presented each element is suited to the school circumstances which is changed from Csikszentmihalyi's elements, and explained how can each help to the creativity development of students. According to these discussion, the researcher proposed the desirable ‘School Creativity Systems Model’.
