투자형 크라우드펀딩 도입방식에 관한 비판적 검토 = A Critical Study on the Method for Introducing the Investment Crowdfunding

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In july 6, 2015, the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act amendments contained provisions for investment crowdfunding(hereinafter Crowdfunding Act) was passed by the National Assembly. The Crowdfunding Act It took two years to pass through the National Assembly. Eventually, the Investment crowdfunding in Korea has been legalized. 54) They including Government, experts and mass media etc. say that the Crowdfunding Act play major roles to support the founding activation. However, if you look in detail the contents of the crowdfunding Act, it is really questionable able to carry out its role. In the opinion of the author, crowdfunding Act has the elements that inhibit the activation of the market, investor protection equipment is also insufficient. In this article, it has specifically pointed out the problems of the crowdfunding act. And it has also presented the improvement idea.
