      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This paper presents the second-order intermodulation distortion of the Series and the Parallel feedback amplifiers in comparison with the amplifier without feedback.
      The calculation of the second order intermodulation distortion of high frequency transistor (fr=1.8GHz) is analyzed using Integral Charge Control Model. The results of the Experiment and Calculation are as follows;
      1) The result of the measurement can be obtained from the relation of change between kn.' and I , gn and I<, fr and h.
      2) This analysis can be used by nearly one tenth of the cut off frequency.
      3) The least thing among the value of the second-order intermodulation distortion was the series feedback amplifier, therefore, this paper will be probably effective when we intend to design the low distortion high frequency transistor amplifiers.
