우리나라 아파트건축에 있어서 유비쿼터스의 활용에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Practical Use of Ubiquitous Equipment in the Korea Apartment Houses

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to know the practical use of ubiquitous equipment in the Apartment houses in Korea and propose its direction of future lives. To carry out this study the contents of advertisement of 5 daily newspapers those are published since 2003, apartment model houses that is built and the future housing exhibition hall are investigated and analyzed. The contents of analysis are the those are related with ubiquitous, the techniques of them and the degree of those practical use.
The conclusion of this study are followings; the advertisement that related with ubiquitous in apartment houses begins from 2004 in daily newspapers and they are increasing steadily. The contents of them are mainly building automation control system, the daily life service system, security service system. The ubiquitous system that equipped in the apartment model houses are automation control system, the daily life service system and etc. Those of the future house exhibition hall are the building automation control system, the daily life service system, the security system and etc. As this paper the ubiquitous system in our daily life, they are general in our daily life.
