장애성인 평생교육담당자의 전문성 향상 방안 = Exploring Ways to Improve Lifelong Education Profession for Adults with Diabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate qualification standards social workers, lifelong educator and art educator who are primarily responsible for adults with disabilities. Improvement was to present the capabilities of the personnel to provide continuing education programs to meet the needs of adult disability.
The results of this study are as follows. First, To experts in arts and culture education instructor and lifelong educator essential subject shall be established in the subjects to enhance disability sensitivity.
Second, Training program to reflect the needs of disabled and understand should make it a regular training for lifelong educator, arts and culture instructor and social worker.
Third, To established linkage system of lifelong education association for the disabled for provide and planing lifelong education programs.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 현재 장애성인 평생교육을 주로 담당하고 있는 사회복지사, 평생교육사, 문화예술교육사의 자격기준을 분석하여 장애성인의 요구에 맞는 평생교육 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 담당자의 역량제고 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 평생교육사와 문화예술교육사 과목에 전문 인력의 장애감수성을 강화하기 위한 과목을 필수과목으로 개설하여야 한다.
둘째, 평생교육사와 문화예술교육사를 위한 연수프로그램에 장애인을 이해하고 장애인의 요구를 프로그램에 반영할 수 있는 연수를 정례화해야 한다.
셋째, 장애성인의 평생교육 제공을 위한 평생교육기관(국가평생교육진흥원-시도평생교육진흥원-시군 평생학습센터)을 중심으로 평생교육기관과 장애인복지관, 장애인 평생교육시설 등을 포괄하는 장애인평생교육협의체를 구성하고, 장애인 평생교육프로그램을 기획하고 보급하는 연계체제를 구축해야 한다.
