웹기반 교회학교 교사교육에 대한 교사의 인식 및 요구조사 = A Study of Church Teacher's Needs and Awareness on the Web Based Church Teacher Training

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Facing the defiance of the times- IOS(Information Oriented Society), this study is carried out to consider anew the recognition of Church Teacher Training and furnish data for Web Based Church Teacher Training Program, by researching the understandings and the needs of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program from Teachers.
This study is about the understandings and the needs of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program by the means of Man to Man research and E-mail research and the targets of this research are 246 people-Pastors, Directors, vice-Directors and teachers in Charge of Nursling and Elementary Department at Presbyterian Church 23 places located, in Seoul.
The applied material for this study is the questionnaire about the understandings and the needs of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program which researcher made out on the basis of preceding study Web-Based Education. As for Data Analysis, Anova, t-test, high frequency and percentage is conducted using SPSS 10.0 statistical program.
Conclusion derived from this study is as below.
1) Regarding the Recognition of Web Based Church Teacher Training Program, teachers have different attitude toward the recognition of interaction and effect developed from Web Based Education, Computer intermediate communication, according to teachers sex distinction, age and educational background.
2) The Church Teachers who show their willingness to participate in Web Based Teacher Training in the research want training program term-2 hours at one class, once a week for 3 months at the cost below 100, 000 Korean Won. Also they need management of various organization and synthetic judgment.
3) The course which teachers want to be trained is mainly the field of Child Delvelopment.
