교회를 장으로 하는 부모교육 = (The) Parents' Education of the Church

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지금까지 교회에서 실시하는 가정사역 중에서 부모교육에 대하여 살펴보고, 부모교육의 목적과 내용, 방법들을 고찰해보았다.
본 논문에서 밝힌 부모교육에 대한 내용들을 요약해보면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부모교육의 정의와 필요성에 대한 내용이었다. 부모교육은 여러 사회학적인 정의가 많지만, 부모로 하여금 새로운 방법을 습득하게하고 다양한 교육적 경험을 하게 하는 교육과정이라는 일반적인 정의로만 국한시키기보다 하나님 앞에서 양육을 책임진 자로서 자녀교육에 대한 올바른 이해와 주체적인 의식을 갖도록 도와주고 가정교육자로서 부모의역할을 잘 수행할 수 있게 하는 것이다.
이런 부모교육은 단순히 자녀에 대한 양육 방법을 배우기 위한 것이 아니라 다양한 문제를 가지고 있는 현대사회의 사회적 관계적 문제의 대안으로서 필요성을 가지고 있다. 그 필요성이 한 가지 관점에서가 아니라 여러 다양한 문제점들에서 나오는 것임을 살펴보았다.
둘째, 교회학교의 부모교육의 당위성이었다. 그것은 교회와 가정의 관계, 교회의 교육적 사명, 그리고 가정사역의 지름길로서의 당위성이다. 교회와 가정은 조직적인 가르침을 필요로 한다. 교회는 가정이 하나님으로부터 위임받은 기관이므로 가정생활의 중요성을 인식하여야 하며, 가정생활의 중요성을 인식하여야 하며, 가정생활의 전 영역에 도움을 주어야 한다. 또한 부모의 신앙을 성숙시킴으로써 신앙의 의사소통을 원활하게 하는 효과적인 방법을 가르쳐야 하며, 가정이 교회의전 사역에 참석해야 하는 책임이 있다는 것을 깨우칠 수 있도록 도와주어야 한다. 그러므로 교회는 가정이 이 세상 속에서 또 하나의 교회가 되도록 도와주어야 하는 것이다.
또한 하느님은 기독교교육의 책임을 가정과 교회 모두에게 맡기셨다. 그러므로 가정과 교회의 연합적 사역에 의하여 기독교교육은 효과 있게 수행될 수 있다. 이를 위해 교회는 온 가족들이 가르침과 시범을 통하여 진리를 전달받을 수 있도록 조력하기 위해 프로그램을 제공해야 한다. 다시 말해서 교회는 가정의 중요성을 인정하고 교회의 교육 자원을 가정이 이용하도록 도와, 가정의 교육적 사역을 좀 더 쉽게 감당할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다.
다음으로 교회의 가정사역의 지름길로서 당위성이다. 교회에서 실시하는 가정사역의 대상은 가정이고, 그 가정의 주체는 부모인 것은 당연한 것이다. 그 주체인 부모를 교회가 교육시킨다는 것은 당연한 사역인 것이다.
셋째, 교회를 장으로 하는 부모교육의 실제로서 부모교육의 목적, 내용, 방법에 대한 고찰을 하였다.
교회를 장으로 하는 부모교육의 큰 틀은 가정과 부모와 자녀이다. 교회는 부모교육의 목적을 가정 공동체의 정립, 부모의 올바른 역할을 수행, 자녀양육의 틀 제공을 바탕으로 해야 한다. 이 세 가지 목적을 바탕으로 앎, 적용, 나눔의 교육 내용을 실시하며, 교육방법으로는 이야기형식, 참여 형식, 정보제공 형식 등의 다양한 방법을 가지고 부모교육을 해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The contents of parents´ education of the church that I shed light on in this thesis are summarized as follows:
Firstly, I pinpointed the definition and necessity of parents´ education.
Parents´ education can be defined as comprehending properly children education and holding self-consciousness as responsible persons on rearing in front of God and good performance of parents´ role as family educators, not limiting the following general definition: family process in which children do a variety of educational experiences led by new methods.
Parents´ education needs as on alternative against deiverse sociological problems in the modern society. I looked into the necessity stemmed from a variety of problems, not from sole point of view.
Secondly, I diagnosed what function parents´ education of the church does. Parents´ education plays a role such as a relatinoship between church and family, educational ministry of the church and a shortcut of family ministry. Church and family demand systematic instruction. Church should recognize the importance of family life because family is an institution ectrusted from God and should help overall territory of family life. Inaddition, church should teach parents how to effectively and smoothly communicate through making parents´ beliefs mature and should help family participate the ministry of church. In sum, church should let family become another church in this world.
God entrusted the responsibilities of Christianity education to both church and family. Christianity education, thus, can be performed effectively owing to the united minstry of family and church. For this goal, church should supply programs by which family is able to unite church through instruction and praxis. In other words, church should recognize the importance of family and help family utilize educational resources of the church, thereby coping with educational ministry more easily.
Thirdly, I looked into goal, content and method of parents´ education as substances of parents´education of the church. Basic framework of the church comprises family, parents and children. Church should set goals of parents´ education as establishing family community, performing appropriate parents´ role and providing basic framework of raising children. Based on these three goals, church should implement education of knowledge, application and sharing with the help of various methods such as narrative format, participating format and informative format.
