중국 동북 3성의 산업구조 다양성과 경제성장

국문 초록 (Abstract)

산업구조는 특화하거나 다양성을 갖추는 요건에 따라 경제성장에 반영되는 결과가 상이 하게 나타난다. 본 연구는 전통적인 중화학 공업 지역이었으나, 현재는 노후화된 이미지를 탈피하기 위해 신동북진흥정책을 시행하고 있는 동북 3성을 대상으로 지역의 산업구조 변화 에 따른 경제성장에 미치는 영향을 확인했다. 2003년부터 2018년까지의 중국 통계 자료를 사용했으며, 하우스만 검정을 통해 고정효과모형을 채택하여 연구에 모형으로 활용했다. 주요 설명변수인 산업구조 다양성에 관한 변수는 엔트로피 지수를 계산하여 사용하고 통제 변수는 신고전파 성장이론, 내생적 성장이론을 고려하여 구성했다. 결과적으로 동북 3성 전체 단위에서는 산업구조 다양성이 경제성장에 미치는 영향이 부정적으로 나타났으며, 통 계적으로 유의성이 낮은 수준이었다. 하위 3개 성인 랴오닝성, 지린성, 헤이룽장성은 통계적 으로 유의하지 않은 결과를 도출했다. 이러한 결과는 동북 3성에서의 산업 다양성을 추구하 는 정책보다는 특정 산업에 대한 효율성 제고와 고부가가치화와 관련된 정책이 시행되는 것이 필요함을 나타낸다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The industrial structure has different results reflected in economic growth depending on the requirements for specialization or diversity. This study was a traditional heavy and chemical industrial area, but in order to escape the aging image, the effect of the change in the industrial structure of the region on economic growth was confirmed for the three northeastern provinces, which are currently implementing the New Northeast Promotion Policy. Chinese statistical data from 2003 to 2018 were used, and a fixed-effects model was adopted through Hausmann's test and used as a model for the study. The variable related to industrial structure diversity, which is the main explanatory variable, was used by calculating the entropy index, and the control variable was constructed in consideration of the neoclassical growth theory and the endogenous growth theory. As a result, the effect of industrial structure diversity on economic growth was negative in all units of the three northeastern provinces, and the level of statistical significance was low. The bottom three adults, Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang, produced statistically insignificant results. These results indicate that rather than policies pursuing industrial diversity in the three northeastern provinces, policies related to improving efficiency and high value-added for specific industries should be implemented.
