축제 로컬거버넌스 형성을 위한 이해관계자간의 신뢰․네트워크․파트너십 구조관계 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 축제 축제이해관계자간의 신뢰․네트워크․파트너십 간의 구조관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 축제이해관계자간의 신뢰․네트워크․파트너십은 축제 로컬거버넌스 형성에 있어 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. 신뢰는 축제 로컬거버넌스 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 네트워크 및 파트너십 변수도 축제 로컬거버넌스형성에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지속적인 축제성장과 축제발전을 위해 핵심쟁점으로 인식되고 있는 축제 추진주체에 사회자본과 로컬 거버넌스 구축을 통해 공공분야와의 수평적인 관계에서 신뢰를 바탕으로 의사결정방식의 하나로 축제 로컬거버넌스 구축의 필요성을 제기한다. 본 연구결과는 축제발전을 위해 핵심쟁점으로 인식되고 있는 축제 추진주체에 사회자본과 로컬 거버넌스 접근을 통해 성공적인 축제 로컬거버넌스 구축을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research analyze the confidence between festival people concerned, network, and structure relation between partnerships. The research result, confidence between festival people concerned, ' network, and partnership confirmed to be the important element as to the festival local governance formation. The confidence was confirmed to reach the positive effect to the festival local governance formation. And the network and partnership variable was exposed to reach the influence on the festival local governance formation. Therefore, the necessity of the festival local governance construction raises in the relationship with the public sector to the festival continued and festival central driving body recognized for the festival development as the key issue through the social capital and local governance construction based on the confidence as 하나 of the decision making methods. This research result tried to present the implication for the successful festival local governance construction to the festival central driving body recognized for the festival development as the key issue through the social capital and local governance access.
