Existent research about special quality of policy of local government had done local government's finance expenses scale by dependent variable and consist. This research wishes to investigate special quality of local government policy through result -that appear in the Chungchong-bukdo area local government chapter's campaign pledge and public promise performance estimation.
This research compared special quality of local government policy with city limits of Peterson (1981) as existent researches. The Rate of local government chapter's campaign pledge expose allocational policy 50%, developmental policy 36.7%, redistributive policy 13.3%. Is being expose by developmental policy and allocational policy among public promise and redistribution policy that get estimation of completion and performance in public promise performance estimation result.
Autonomy's society welfare policy which appear in the Chungchong-bukdo area local government chapter's campaign pledge and public promise performance estimation conclusively can know that is falling behind very than other policy.
