지방행정에 있어서 학습조직적용의 영향요인과 효과에 관한 연구 -인과모형검증을 중심으로 - = A Study on the Influence Factors and Effect of the Learning Organization Application to the Local Government

This treatise set up a purpose that examines a causal relationship of variable in establish learning organization's prior factor and learning organization effect's factor. To this purpose, a demonstrative study is put into effect in establish a research model and a hypothesis that are important to prior study's examination.
In consequence of study, it comes to a conclusion that can secure satisfaction of constituent, organization and customer that is considered learning organization's purpose through effect of learning organization construction in local administration.
Therefore this treatise suggest a politic suggestion point and a direction of study hereafter on local administration organization, on the basis of this result.
