    The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between job environment and job satisfaction of the kindergarten teachers. The subjects were 120 teachers who were teaching in the kindergartens in Seoul Korea, job satisfaction questionnaire, psychological environment questionnaire, physical environment questionnaire were used, The collected data was analyzed by simple correlation coefficient.
    The results of this study are as follows:
    1. There is a correlation between physical environment and job satisfaction of the kindergarten teacher.
    2. There is no correlation between psychological environment and job satisfaction of the kindergarten teacher.
