보육교사의 행복이 교사의 효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of the Happiness of childcare teacher on teacher`s efficacy and job satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 행복이 교사의 효능감과 직무만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 보고자 하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 부산에 소재한 보육시설에 근무하는 교사들로 238명의 응답자료를 가지고 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석으로 처리를 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 행복수준에 따른 교사의 효능감과 직무만족도에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나왔으며, 둘째, 보육교사의 행복이 효능감과 직무만족도에 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 행복이 교사의 효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향력으로 자아수용이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the happiness of childcare teacher on teacher`s efficacy and job satisfaction. To implement this purpose 238 teachers who have been working in child-care centers in Busan were selected. One-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis have been used to examine research questions The conclusions from result of this study are as follows. First, teacher`s efficacy is not different by the level of teachers` happiness. Second, teacher`s job satisfaction is different by the level of teachers` happiness. The teachers who are higher level of happiness are more likely satisfy their job. Third, there is positive correlationships among teachers` happiness, efficacy, and job satisfaction except some subfactors. Forth, self-acceptance among subfactors of happiness is the most effective factor on teachers` efficacy and job satisfaction.
