現行 土地管理體系의 問題点과 改善方案 = The Problems and Improvements of the Present Land Management Systems

Land is not to be exploited but to be explored for presevation and conservation for fulfilment of human need of this generation and all that is to come. Only through correct and accurate understanding of land can we a chieve such objective.
The cadastre and the land register systems will play essential role in obtaining such variefy of informations that by utilizing those informations methodically and scientifically to be reflected on a national plan.
Land Management Systems in Korea is needed to improve the land information system for reasonable land use due to the intensity and diversity of urban land use and advanced industrial society.
Accordingly the purpose of this study is to indentify the role as land information source and also to evaluate existing land information systems in relation to land management systems. The problems of present land management systems are as follows ; ⅰ) The dispersion of administrative business for land management, ⅱ) The non-coincidence cadastre, ⅲ) The inaccuracy of data input for the automation of land records, etc.
By means of this analysis, the improvements of this study are as follows ; ⅰ) The complete equipment of relation law and administrative organization for land management, ⅱ) The enforcement of cadastre reexamination, ⅲ) The establishment of synthesis land information system, ⅳ) The support and upbringing ofn special human power, etc.
Though studying thoroughly abovementioned problems we can create to solve those problems. And therefore, we had to make an effort for development to land management systems in the
