The purpose of this research is as follows : First, this research is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneur-orientation and customer-orientation. Second, this research is to investigate the relationship between extrinsic behavior and intrinsic behavior of emotional control when entrepreneur-orientation and customer-orientation are both performed well. Third, this research is to clarify the relationship extrinsic and intrinsic behavior while the emotion is being controlled. This study developed 6 hypotheses as follows. First, entrepeneur orientation makes significant effect on customer orientation. Second, entrepeneur orientation and customer orientation make significant effect on extrinsic and intrinsic behavior. Third, extrinsic behavior makes significant effect on intrinsic behavior.
