평가인증을 통과한 보육시설에서 나타나는 어린이집의 후기 탐색 = Examination of the Postscript of the Day Care Center Passed the Evaluation and Certification

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 평가인증을 통과한 보육시설의 후기를 통해 평가인증 후 사후유지 관리에 대한 경험적 사례를 분석함으로서 질 높은 보육서비스가 얼마나 관리되고, 유지하고 있는지를 심층 있게 들여다 보고 그들이 느끼는 어려움과 요구가 있다면 무엇인지 깊이 있게 이해하고자 심층면접의 연구방법을 이용한 문화기술적 접근을 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 보육시설에서 평가인증 통과 후 질 높은 보육서비스를 안정적이고 체계적으로 유지하고 있는 경우는 민감한 반응에서 오는 긍정적인 상호작용, 건강
유지를 위한 청결과 영양, 세심하게 준비된 안전교육이 생활 속에서 유지되고 있었고, 질 높은 보육서비스를 유지하지 못하는 경우는 비합리적인 근무환경, 체계화 되지 못한 운영, 교사의 잦은 이직, 표준보육과정에 가려진 특색프로그램이 생활 속에서 유지되지 않고 있었다. 또한 질 높은 보육서비스를 유지 하지 못하는 원장과 교사의 어려움과 요구는 문서의 간소화, 전문성 향상을 위한 교사교육, 평가인증시설의 재정적 지원, 교사들을 위한 인센티브등 질 높은 보육서비스를 유지 하지 못하는 어려움과 요구가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined deeply how well the high quality day care service in the certified day care facilities is managed and maintained by analyzing empirical cases on
the follow-up management after acquiring the certification through the postscript of the day care facilities, and reviewed, if any, what difficulty they felt, and what demands
they had, through the cultural and technical approach using the in-depth interview method to understand them. The results showed that in case that the high quality day
care service was maintained after acquiring the certification, the positive interaction come from the sensitive reaction, the cleanliness and the nutrition to maintain health, the carefully prepared safety education were maintained in living, and in case that the high
quality day care service was not maintained, the unreasonable working environment, the unsystematic management, the high turnover of the teachers, the characteristic programs hided by standard day care process were not maintained in living. In addition, it is
observed that the difficulties not to maintain the high quality day care service and the demands of the presidents and the teachers were the simplification of the documents,
the teacher's training and education, the financial support for the certified facilities, the incentive for the teachers, etc.
