AbstractThis study aims to offer the theoretical framework for the mantal social health workers
apply the theory of the case management to the practical work through the theoretical
investigation to the goal of the case management, its function and its process.In this study, the contents will be discussed with three points as follows: First, this
study as the goal of the case management offers the individualized integration service
continuously in accordance with the client's needs.Second, this study as the function of the case management has integrative function of
the practice of the person and the communityThird, this study as the process of the case management is classified into the
assess-ment planning, the linkage, the continvous exemine, the monitoring and the
advocacy.Key Words: The Process of case management, theological study, mental gealth field,
