신냉전 질서의 도래와 혐오발화/증오 정치 비교역사 연구 = The Advent of New Cold War and the Comparative research of Hate speech

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

All the people in the world are living in the midst of `hatred`. The people in Europe are threatened with the hatred of terror and the `the war against the terror`. On the other hand East Asia is forced to repeat `old hatred` which inherited from `cold war era` but reactivated by new cold war regime made by US and China. Furthermore `new hatred` spout and omnipresent in the diverse instance of the society caused by neo-liberalism. We are living under the `hatred` that come from divers historical origin : the historical fascism in 1930, and the politics of cold war era and neoliveral form of hatred and the form of new cold war hatred. So explosion of hate speech in 2014 Korea is the consequence of these diversity and dynamics between the global politics of hatred and the specific of Korean historical form of hate politics. This thesis is the kinds of preliminary research for the comparative studies regarding hate speech and the politics of hate in these global situation.
